It was a full service experience, from helping us to stage our home , take pictures and get the listing up. Our house was under contract in 2 days after the listing went up. Rob did such a great job to negotiate with the buyer and got us the best price for our house. Paula Thomas was also great as our buying agent. She really listened to what we were looking for in a new house in our preferred location. When we found the house we wanted she advised us on making the right offer to ensure it was accepted.

We worked with Rob and his team to sell our Grant Park home last summer. It was our first time selling a house and they were incredibly helpful and patient. They guided us through the process and gave solid advice when reviewing and negotiating offers. On the buyer side we worked with Paula Thomas who was equally amazing. Our search was very narrow and she listened to us and she did an outstanding job sending homes our way that fit our needs as well as keeping an ear to the ground for houses coming soon. Paula also gave great advice during negotiations and while moving through due diligence she quickly gathered estimates for any work that needed to be done.
Rob has built a fantastic team of experts and we will reach out to him when we are ready to sell in the future.

After working with a different agent who tried really hard but just couldn’t get my place sold, Rob and his expert team got it sold within a week. The Buyers changed their minds and in less than a week we had another contract. This market has been crazy and unpredictable but with their perfectly crafted plan, they will get your house sold regardless.

We met the Rob Smith team by chance and are SO happy we ended up working with them! Paula Thomas was an absolute rockstar - we really appreciated her problem-solving skills and thoughtful approach to helping us find our home.
