REFERRAL PROGRAM GIVEAWAY RULES

1. GIVEAWAY SPONSORS

Rob Smith, Team Leader of The Rob Smith Team, is the sole sponsor of the Referral Program as well as the associated Giveaway, and is solely responsible for all aspects of the program.

2. GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION

The giveaway is one (1) WING Freedom X E-Bike valued at $1,248 which will be offered to one (1) qualifying person who will be selected via one (1) random drawing among all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. 3. REFERRAL PROGRAM PERIOD

The Referral Program period will take place from March 1, 2023 through May 31, 2023. All qualifying entries received through phone call, email, or the Rob Smith Team’s website during this period will be entered into a random drawing. Only one entry is allowed per referral, and if duplicate referrals are received from multiple program participants, the Rob Smith Team may grant each participant a referral entry, but reserves the right to honor entry only to the first participant at its discretion. The drawing will be conducted on or shortly after the giveaway end date, and the winner will be notified within three (3) days of the giveaway closing.

4. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the giveaway, you must be at least 18 years old and refer a client prospect to the Rob Smith Team where “client prospect” is defined as someone you know who 

1. has an interest in buying, selling or investing in real estate, 

2. has allowed you to refer them to The Rob Smith Team to discuss how we might  assist and/or represent them in their real estate purchase and/or sale interests, and 

3. have been made aware by you that someone on The Rob Smith Team will be contacting them to discuss their real estate needs. 

If you refer someone, it's important to let them know that a member of the Rob Smith Team will be in touch to discuss their real estate plans. Each referral counts as one entry, so the more qualified referrals you make, the greater your chances of winning. However, multiple individuals who are being referred jointly shall be considered as a single referral/entry. Referrals from real estate professionals or mortgage lenders acting in their professional capacity will not be considered. Additionally, certain individuals are excluded from participating in the giveaway, including family members and employees of the sponsors, as well as those living with such employees. "Immediate family members" includes partners, significant others, spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. The sponsors have the final say on eligibility and the winner of the giveaway. 

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Rob Smith Team Referral Program Giveaway, you have three options: 

1. Call the Rob Smith Team at 404.906.5857; 

2. Email info@robsmith.com with the full contact information of the person you are referring; or 

3. Enter online through the Giveaway link at robsmith.com/referral. 

For a referral to qualify toward a bona fide entry into the drawing for the giveaway, you must provide your: full name, phone number, email address, and the same information for the person you are referring. You will receive one entry for every qualifying referral made during the giveaway period. It's important to verify all entries with the Rob Smith Team via phone call, text message, or email to ensure that your referrals are entered into the drawing. The sponsors will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or unreadable entries, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical issues, including hardware or software malfunctions, regardless of origin.

6. DRAWING

The Rob Smith Team will randomly select the winner from all qualifying entries. The decisions made during the random drawing are final and binding.

7. GENERAL

The giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and municipal laws, and any federal, state, or local tax liability, as well as any other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the giveaway winner. The giveaway is void where restricted or prohibited, and no purchase is necessary to participate.

8. RELEASE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT 

The winner and any guest(s) who accept the giveaway acknowledge that Rob Smith Team, Rob Smith, and Keller Williams Realty Intown Atlanta cannot be held liable for any loss, damages, or injury associated with accepting or using the giveaway. By participating in the giveaway, each entrant confirms that they are at least 18 years of age, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges, and warrants that they are eligible to participate. The winner agrees to release sponsors, its employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of the giveaway or participation in any giveaway-related activities. The winner also agrees that Rob Smith Team may use their name, current city/state of residence, likeness, statements, and other personally identifiable information for marketing and advertising purposes, and consumer promotions in any media throughout the universe in perpetuity without additional compensation, incentive, consideration, consent, or review.
