A New Chapter: Celebrating Paula's Journey as an Independent Agent

Hey y'all! It’s Rob and Paula with the Rob Smith Team here, sharing some exciting news with you today. After three amazing years as a key part of our team, Paula is embarking on a new journey, stepping out on her own as an independent agent! Although she’s leaving the Rob Smith Team, we’re thrilled to say we’ll still be working together closely. We’re in the same Keller Williams Realty office here in Intown Atlanta, the same community, and we’re always here to support each other.

Paula joined us as a Rookie of the Year, and I was lucky enough to convince her to come on as our buyer’s agent. Her enthusiasm and dedication have been incredible, and together, we’ve had the privilege of helping so many clients in the Atlanta area. From the beginning, Paula has brought her own special energy and passion to our team. As she said, “This team has been like family, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to grow with.” And truly, the feeling is mutual. Paula, every step of the way, has been a joy to work with, and we’ve loved having her as a core part of the Rob Smith Team family.

Paula’s move to independence marks an exciting new chapter. She’ll continue doing what she loves—helping clients find their dream homes, but now, she’ll be creating her own path as an independent agent. “This is very exciting to me,” Paula shared. “I look forward to being across the table from you, Rob, and continuing to support each other and collaborate!”

As she steps into this new role, Paula will still be a familiar face in our office and out in the field. We’re not just colleagues—we’re friends, partners, and community members. Here’s to celebrating her success as she continues her journey. If you’re looking for someone who’s dedicated, knowledgeable, and community-focused, Paula is your go-to. And, of course, the Rob Smith Team is right here, cheering her on every step of the way!

Thank you, Paula, for an incredible journey so far. Here’s to what’s next! 🥂
